have i lost the baby or not

i have just had a miscarriage 3 days ago the doctor had told me that day when it happened i was about 3 to 4 weeks and it didnt hurt i did have pain but not really bad pain, i got let out of hospital that day. i still wanted to know 4 my self so i did home pregnancy test and they are still coming up positive and my bleeding b4 i had the miscarriage was just spotting and now its a little bit  more the spotting is that  normal or could i still be pregnant? because when i had a ultrasound they couldnt see the baby cause i was so early and found out so early?

Ya sorry but the pregnancy test means nothing.  The hormones don't disappear as soon as the baby stops developing.  And when I miscarried I found out the baby had been dead for 2 weeks before I ever knew. I was 11 weeks and the ultrasound showed a 7 week fetus.

I heard it takes some time for your hormone levels to lower itself back to normal, so the fact that you are testing this early could play a part. Try testing later. Possibly a week or two.
