have the most irritated skin please help

Hey ive been noticing my stretch marks are the redest they have ever been and my skin was sore and dry so my husband suggested baby oil i used it and it helped but now i have like a heat rash type thing happening it hurts so much i was awake for ours last night even cold water irritates it

Anyone have any suggestions of what i could use for relief atm im trying curash nappy cream it helps a little but still very red and sore

Don't use soap or body wash only use it on bits you need to make sure it's all washed off or shops do e45 body wash that helps..it may sound silly but try and eliminate foods as I had a bad burning red rash and it turn out I'm allergic to peanuts my skin feel like my skin is on fire and water to hot or cold hurt like hell and cold air hurt to so bad I could cry.. If that don't help go to the doctors as they can do tests to try and help what's causing it love

And for stretch marks use a moisturiser or vitamin e cream often during the days.

Sounds a bit like chaffing, perhaps you could go to a chemist and ask for a cream that will help reduce chaffing.

Im not sure about instant relief but I went to walgreens/CVS & Bought vitamine E oil. My skin has never felt better. I use it every day
