Braxton hicks at 30 weeks. Is it normal? Help

Hello everyone.  I have been experiencing Braxton hicks.  I had one yesterday for the first time and I felt like it was a contraction.  It only lasted maybe 10 seconds and then went away.  Is that normal?

They start at 6 weeks but most women don't usually feel it until 20+ weeks! I started feeling them like 14 weeks but I'm super in tune with my body! Totally normal (:
