Hi ladies any tips you girls can give me so I can start dilating, I don't want to get induced.

Having intercourse hurt down there, so I stopped. And thank you Ive been squating, walking and using the ball but nothing as worked. I'll try the walking down and up the stairs

To jump start my labor i ran up and down the stairs in the house and jumped off at the 3rd step then i did some walking and working out when i got to the hospital i wasn't dialated far enough so they had me walk and my hubby and i power walked for 30mins then break 10mins and then do it again for 2hrs than we checked and i would progress and we would do it again until i was far enough and the contractions were coming bad

There's not really anything you can do. I was 4 days over due and I literally tried everything like eating pineapples, walking, squatting, dancing, hiking, stairs and nothing worked. I just had to be patient and when I didn't expect it, it happened
