having a boy

So we decided that we would like to try for another kid, but we have 3 girls and really really want a boy. I know there is no guaranteed sure fire way to have a boy but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on certain things I could do to maybe increase my chances

Duh I read it as if you wanted a girl but ya intercourse before ovulation gen3rally is said to give you a girl. So wait till the day of and maybe three days after ovulation. :)

because "female"sperms survive longer, so only they would be left to meet the ovary, but the "male" sperm runs faster, so it will reach the ovary first if it happens right at the ovulation.

If you have the money you can look into sperm spinning.

I believe only in one "theory", it's makes a little bit of a scientific sense. If you have sex and successful exactly on your ovulation day, it's gonna be a boy, if you had sex like a couple of days before your ovulation - it's a girl.

They say if you have sex 2-3 days before ovulation that it can help. This is due to the fact that female sperm swims faster and survives longer.
