Stop sleeping on my belly.

I'm almost six weeks pregnant. I can only fall asleep sleeping on my stomach. Its uncomfortable sometimes. I didn't know when I should stop sleeping on my stomach?
Thanks!

Try sleeping on your side with a small pillow under your tummy and one in between your knees. I'm a face down sleeper too and this helps me. :)

My doc told me as long as I'm comfortable I'm fine, I'm 30 wks and I still wake up on my stomach. The biggest concern is the uterus putting weight on the main vein that brings blood back to the heart. While you are sleeping your body won't let you stay in that position long enough to do any harm.

I have always slept on my belly and believe me your body will let you know when you can no longer sleep on your belly.  You physically won't be able to sleep on your belly soon. And that's when you know lol

I could never fall asleep unless I was sleepin on my stomach, but I stopped sleepin on my stomach around 19 or 20 weeks. My doctor said it's ok to sleep on your stomach as long as you want but when it starts getting uncomfortable to sleep on your side so u should be good for a while if ur only 5 weeks

Im a stomach sleeper too. And I thought I should sleep as much as I can on my stomach until im not able too...then I started thinking..being huge and uncomfortable and then trying to get use to sleeping in a whole different position might just make my sleep even worse than it already will be. So, ive been training myself to get use to sleeping on my side now so that when I cant it wont be a big deal. Just a thought.

When you get further along you will start shifting to sleep properly, your baby will let you know if he or she is comfy or not and let you know when to move.
