Pregnant or not?

Hello
I'm 22 years old and couple of months ago I was diagnosed with a simple ovarian cyst 4.3 cm in diameter. Couple of weeks ago I did home pregnancy test and it turned out to be positive.Afterward , I did blood test and my hcg level was 6737.
I'm still waiting for my gynecologist appointment and I'm very nervous and worried.I read that an ovarian cancer can sometimes elevates the hcg levels,so now I'm worried if my simple cyst never went away and it's something way more serious.
What are the chances that the simple ovarian cyst turned out to be something else and I'm not even pregnant? I know my question sounds silly, but I'm worried as hell.

Thanks.Every replay will be greatly appreciated.

I had a cyst on my ovary too. I found out when I was 5 weeks pregnant. The cyst went away on it is on and I am almost 32 weeks pregnant with my little man. So, yes you can still be pregnant! Your hcg sounds great, I really doubt a cyst would make your numbers that high!

How many months ago were u diagnosed with an ovarian cyst?  Because they can be normal in the first few weeks of pregnancy... and maybe who ever diagnosted you with one missed the fact that there was a pregnancy in there as well or it was too early to tell.  So I wouldn't worry too much about it yet, wait until your doctor's appt to find out more information because non of us on here can tell you for sure, these are only educated guesses, so try and relax about it for now and see what the doctor says.
