I had two UTI's while pregnant with my dd. I never had any kind of symptoms at all. It never burned. I only went to L&D because I was having a lot of watery discharge the first time and the second time I was having steady contractions. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known at all that I had a UTI. I also had BV once and a yeast infection twice. My midwife never could tell me why I was having the infections, she just said some women are more prone to infections during pregnancy than others.

It could be an infection, yes. Always best to get checked out. You won't always have a burning sensation with UTI.

Best thing to do would be to contact your doctor and have them run a test to see if it is urine or amnionic fluid and if its urine if its a UTI.
