headaches
Still in the first trimester, 11 weeks, been having crazy bad headaches. They last for a long period of time and I try naps to help. Hot showers and massages. Want to avoid medication and will talk to my doctor when I see her Wednesday. Anyone experience this or have advice?? Thank you!
You can take Tylenol and only Tylenol. I had bad headaches too and finally after my appointment I found out I could take Tylenol but I try to not take meds either as well. But the headaches might stop for awhile after a few more weeks.
Same, it's an on and off problem for the whole day. I think it's the hormone changes.
