My Dr let me continue working out ad lifting regular but I was lifting prior to pregnancy. I still ran up until about 20 weeks of being pregnant. I'm a picky Eater I ate a ton of chicken at the beginning of my pregnancy and sweet mini peppers.
If you didn't work out before getting pregnant then it's very minimal what you can do now, walking is option number one, and some free weights exercises. ...try to avoid junk food, fast food, caffeine drinks.....congrats btw
Thanks. ..is juices regarded alot of sugars?!...or is it good as in fruits and instead of gas drinks...?
