heartburn and sick
Anyone having heartburn so bad it keeps you up at night? I am having heartburn that last for hours and sometimes makes me throwup.
Try a couple teaspoons of baking soda 4- 8 oz of water (it tastes a little odd lol). It'll make you belch, but the alkalinity of the baking soda will neutralize the acids in your stomach :-)
Yeah mine started last week. Was so painful. I went straight out and bought Tums. Its been great.
