it doesnt  make them more painful it just tones your uterus (like a work-out at a gym) so then when you do have contracions they work more efficently

I agree with Stacey I read on several  websits that you shouldn't start earlier than 36 weeks. I think you should wait a little longer

I started it at 36 wks and went into labor on my due date.  Contractions were bearable for a few hrs and when i went to the drs i was 6 cent at 330am. By 630 i was 10. Compared to my other 2 id say this time my contractions were stronger and more effective. My labor was quicker.

Thanks ladies! It says caffeine free so I hope it doesn't affect my baby. I'm 29 weeks so hopefully it's not too early to start drinking it. I'm willing to try anything for an easy birth since I'm a ftm even though I know nothing is guaranteed.

It's helps tone the uterus and almost warm it up for labour. You aren't supposed to start drinking it until 35 weeks or more. It's also good to drink it after birth to help your uterus to contract back to normal size.

So does it suppose to speed up labor? Or help with the labor pain? Sorry I'm a ftm and never heard of this until now lol

I drank it in my first pregnancy and had a fairly good labour. I was able to do it without drugs. I've been drinking it for about a week now...slowly increasing my intake since I'm almost 39 weeks. I should have started drinking it earlier but I've read many times that if you had a fast labour that you shouldn't drink it too early.
There are certain herbal teas that you actually aren't supposed to drink while pregnant. It's easy to google which ones exactly. As for tea with caffeine...it's good only to drink in moderation like coffee.

raspberry leaf tea is excellent for toning your uterus and helping the contractions work more efficently, if taking the tea you need at least 3 cups per day, if taking the tablets follow the instructions, the tea is an aquired taste so for some the tablets are easier :)

I took two tablets a day from 36 weeks. I went into labour at 40+1 and was in labour for 3 1/2 hours. It was my first so i can't compare. Pushed for almost an hour. I did tare but my girl was almost 9pound. But it was a pretty awesome labour i think. Lol. Id do it all again.
