I'm actually carrying very low and towards my back. I'm almost 27 weeks and am barely showing. I finally got my baby bump :) I just could really do without this heartburn lol

Pickle juice. Take a swig or eat a pickle or two. Sounds ridiculous but i swear it works.

Lol maybe. Try talking to your doctor about it. Are you carrying high? That can cause more heartburn too because there isn't a lot of room for your stomach.

I had a plain bagel and fruit this morning... a plain turkey sandwich and grapes for lunch... and then felt nauseous and had un-salted crackers with peanut butter... all with glass after glass of water. And still... its hooooorible heartburn. Maybe my little guy has a lot of hair?

Cut out the stuff that gives you heartburn. Melted cheese, baked goods, anything tomato; those are some of the things I have to avoid.
