heartburn
So I have heartburn really bad. Its almost to the point that I can't stand it. I forgot tums at the store, so tums aren't an option to help me. I also can't drink milk if my life depended on it. Is there anything else I can do to help it?
Plain yogurt & bananas!!!! Or baking soda mixed with water!!! Tums will stop working and once they do, Zantac is your best friend!!!
This was me last night!! I got it soo bad that I literally had to get outta tha tub and go lay dwn. I got hot & thought I was gonna pass out.
