I did all the milk And tums and gaviscon first and ended up needing zantac...it worked the best

Milk yogurt helps but if it's really bad zantac 150 works wonders an it's safe for the baby

My dr says zantac is ok to take...I had a pre-existing stomach problem before I got pregnant, and the zantac works great! I hope you feel better
