heartburn!!!

Is there anyone else who gets heart burn so bad that you don't eat?
I havent eaten since 330pm today and it is now 12:02am. And I am afraid to eat because of my heart burn being so bad. And I would take my prilosec but I am out and they won't fill it until the doc changes my prescription and lord only knows how long that will take. I already have heart burn and I can't lay down till it goes away or I will throw up...
I was just wanting to see if this happens to anyone else..

I am currently 34+5 and I up until last week I got heartburn every morning at 3:30. My dr told me I could take famotidine.  It works wonders. Take once every 12 hours and it works like magic. Plus walmart carries it for only $4.

You need to eat. Drink a glass of milk during or after eating and also take some Rennie's or other heartburn tablets. I think you can take up to 3 tablets at once if you're using Rennie's, but no more than 10 per day.

I got really bad unbearable heartburn during my 2nd trimester. My doc just told me to take TUMS it got to the point where I was getting heartburn from a simple turkey sandwich. Sometimes i got it 2 or 3 times a day. It was awful! Finally, my mother (genius women) told me to take a TUMS before my meal instead of after that was it will prevent the heartburn! It worked for me! Give it a shot :)
