Lots and lots and lots of water, also maybe a Gatorade so that you can keep up your electrolytes

The heat (for non pregnant people) can become very dibilitating. During pregnancy its honestly horrible. Lol
Like carrying all this weight + heat does not help at all!
Know your limits! If you need a break take one, heat stroke is a very serious condition that can happen to anyone, you should drink at least 64oz of healthy fluids/water a day and keep up with electrolytes as well.
I've been drinking as much as I can, I also sit down a lot as well, I drank a water this morning and on a gatoraid now. I'm also on amoxiciln so its making me more thristy
Yes lots of water and eat what you can I was in the heat the other day and I fainted
