Im 16 weeks prego almost 17 and my back has been killing me like my lower back is it safe to use a heating pad ? My boyfriend always gives me massages but I feel bad for asking him all the time
I've used a heating pad every day during my pregnancy. I have a permanent back injury. Be careful with massage. There are certain points that should be avoided on your body during pregnancy. I see someone certified for pregnancy massage and she's been such a huge help. Hope you get to feeling better!
