hello gals Anyone can help me serious issue

I use a progesterone tab vaginally daily.. I m 23 weeks my worry is I feel that something soft inside the vagina wen I insert the tab..
Can it b the cervix coming down or anything else as it is bothering me... Lil white discharge at tyms...
My docs app is on 30 fr a 2d eco scan but I m worried Wats happening inside

As in 20 weeks my cervix was 2:9 cm then it went upto 3:9 wen examined vaginally...

Is the cervix up I mean first d vaginal wall n thn d cervix... As I don't knw I feel something has come down now
