^^^Yes pickles!!! I have not had any problem with leg cramps since I was younger. I used to run track and my brother played football and both our coaches recommended pickles and pickle juice. Plus lots of water.
Try eating a pickle before bed. Also if you are in the middle of having one and can make it to the fridge, drink the juice... instant cure. I used to get them like 3 times a night

If you can stomach it, try eating a banana before bed. They can help combat leg cramps.
Drinking a bunch of water helps and i have got them since i started stretching daily! I would almost wake up in tears i had them so bad
