What do you mean if milk is good lol? Milk will give abd much healthier than nasty formula as she is relatively healthy and eats well. And I second everything geekmom said she is very knowledgeable I read her posts all the time! :-) I enjoyed breastfeeding and im looking forward to it even more this time it's very special. And so much easier. No mixing mixing bottles washing all the stuff making you sure have weigh burns formula when you go out have clean water to make them etc huge pain in the arse! Ik bc after I quit breastfeeding due to intervening problems I hated it! :-( and cried constantly that I could no longer breastfeed. Work and pumping ruined it for us and he would never latch back to me :-( I hate pumping!!!

It depends on the mother if the breast milk is good or not if you have a mother that's all ways sick or have to take some type of medicine it can be really bad for the baby but if the mother healthy that's another story

It's really not more work IMO - I nursed my son, and it meant I wasn't washing and sterilizing bottles and nipples, mixing and warming bottles in the middle of the night, carrying around all that extra gear every time we left the house, running out to the store at all hours to buy more formula, and oh right, working extra hours to be able to afford that super expensive stuff.
All I had to do was pick up baby, lift shirt, unhook nursing bra, and latch on. Incredibly simple.
Breastfeeding is healthier for mom and baby (did you know it decreases your risk of breast cancer for every month you nurse your baby?) and wonderful for building a strongly bonded relationship.
The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest, as you learn positioning and how to get a good latch as well as toughening up nipples that aren't used to being worked so hard or so often. It takes determination and stubbornness and it really helps to have a support system to back you up. But after the first couple of months it's smooth sailing and easy as pie. Don't give up. It's totally worth it.

You could always pump. That wont hurt as bad and baby will still get all the good stuff

Breastfeeding is better.  But it hurts a lot the first two weeks,  but after that its fine. It also reduce the risk of breast cancer for you

Breastfeeding also helps build your babies immune system. The first 3 weeks is most important if you choose to give it a try.

I personally choose breastfeeding,it is a lot more work. But it benefits your baby so much more & it does help you get back to your pre pregnancy weight faster
