help!! i dont know if im pregnant

hi to all, i've had my normal menstruation last feb. 24-28 i had sex with my husband one day after my menstruation so i've expected my next mentruation will come end of March but it came on April 1 the first day of my mens little heavy and the 2nd day its almost gone,the 3rd-5days is almost nothing its just a dropped and also last March i had temperature 37.0C sometimes 37.4C for 2 weeks.Since i've had this weird menstruation im starting to felt uncomfortable: Bloating,headeaches,lazy,lower backache,pain in my lower stomach and at night when i lay down "left or right side" i felt little pain but i can take it.we thought maybe im pregnant so we went to OBGYN 2nd week of April for Transvaginal Ultrasound it came out negative.then we went to GASTRIC for checking up on my stomach the doctor said all my organs inside is normal but i had only air so he prescribed me a medicine.i took the medicine for 2 days only coz i,ve had the feeling im pregnant so i did a home test  but again its negative resulted, i've decided to wait end of this month,while waiting im starting to feel weird symtoms again:to much gassy,cramping left or right,sleepy,hungry like never before i usually woke 10-11 or sometimes 12 in the afternoon now i wake up so early because of hunger and when i try to egnore it i felt my stomach "burning sensation" when i dont eat so now i ate alot.  oh yesterday "May 3" i had brown discharge i was so shocked because i usually had brown discharge after menstruation. Now May 4 already still dont have mens and starting April 28 untill now i had temperature again 37.0c the highest is 37.5c.

i really dont know what's happening to me i dont have enough knowledge about pregnancy but i've search and red alot about pregnancy symtoms in google. i've had the feeling maybe im pregnant but test is negative.
Please need some advice!!!

yes im active for trying to conceive for 1 yr now, brown discharge appears only after menstruation not before menstruation, right? for me, brown discharge appears b4 menstruation and it just dropped and it lasts one day only...the last time i had unprotected sex is after my menstruation "March 1" after my menstruation on "feb. 24-28 my normal period". I've waited for my next period whole March but it came April 1 but not heavy like before so for me its more than 14 days since the last time i've had unprotected sex, so that's way i decided to wait end of this month "end of April" and to wait for my next period "should come May 1" but it appears brown discharge last "May 3" and menstruation is late.

i know its impossible to me to conceive after my menstruation when i had my unprotected that's why its a big question mark to me.....

i had these pregnancy symtoms: lazy,temperature 37.0 C to 37.5 C, having a big appetite 4-5 times a days like never before, sleepy, headache,easily tired, cramping, brown discharge and i forgot to write earlier that my belly is bigger than ever before.

next week i will go to OBGYN let's see what the result will be..

I think that if you're actively trying to conceive, you may have conceived recently thus the reason a home pregnancy test is giving you a negative result, it may be too soon. IF  you're only questioning that time in March as the possible conception date, then I would say you're probably not pregnant and may just be having gastrointestinal issues or be suffering from side effects from the prescribed medication. So it really comes down to WHEN you think you may have conceived. Wait about 14 days from the last time you had unprotected sex to take another home pregnancy test and that should provide you with an accurate result. Brown discharge is usually old blood, it doesn't indicate pregnancy. Good luck.
