I have had this darn headache all day. I took tylonal I took nap I tried caffine nothing is working and its been all day! I cant figure anything else.
I used to get headaches all the time! Try a cold compress on your head/eyes and yes drink lots and lots of water you may be dehydrated. Also it could be because of sinus pressure try doctor approved meds, I took Walgreen brand sudefed.
