help!! need advice

I am 9wks today! I have had 2 threatening miscarriage no pain only blood. I am so constipated haven't been able to go for days! I am not allowed to exercise and im supposed to stay clear of a lot of water 2 things they say help!  What do I do? I dont know if the cramps are from not going or another miscarriage!! Anypne else suffer from constipation early on?

Omg! I have constipation and its so annoying. If its not gas its this! I also had a threatened miscarriage which scared the hell out of me and was having cramps. The cramps actually stopped about a week ago. Gas was giving me tons of cramps too. Have you asked your doc about that?

Im not spotting anymore last week baby still had heart beat but today im so crampy but I haven't went in day's! !! Ill go find a spicy pickle!! Thank you!

I was cramping my 5 weeks and 6 weeks of me being pregnant they said its the uterus preparing and your body changing to carry the baby as lomg as you are not spotting and you arent in pain you should be ok

Ok its gonna sound kinda gross but theres something u can eat its really spicy tho but it makes u go like diarrhea if you go to Qt gas station or like a 711 they have individual wrapped spicy pickles that I keep in the fridge anytime I have to use the restroom ill be 9 weeks tomorrow and I too have had 2 miscarriages already so I feel ur pain

Ive had issues with constipation and it causing cramps but you should still get checked by a dr to be safe good luck

call your doc..I personally never had this happen to me so I cant help..bt since you cramping u wanna make sure its not a miscarriage good luck n keep updated
