help please

I'm 32 weeks and 4 days and every time I cough or sneeze I get up and pants are wet what do this means even if I pee and get up I still pee a lil more after I use the bathroom

Friggin incontinence.. the perks of pregnancy :) try kegals throughout your day.. it really is a pain in the a** peeing yourself with every sneeze or cough, but our muscles just aren't the same during and after birth :( I wear panty liners if I'm going out for the day!

This is crazy I'm almost there can't wait until this is over.

I have peed myself twice this week from laughing and I do a little when I caught of sneeze sometimes. But lately its been laughing that gets me. Or I my boyfriend pushes too hard on my stomach and if I lay weird I guess. All off a sudden I'll have to pee.

Isn't being preg so amazing ! :) hahaha just wear maybe pads or panty liners it ***** when that happens I'm sure we all feel your pain good luck :)

Yeah its urinary incontinence, another lovely pregnancy symptom

Omg that happens to me all the time its very irritating I haven't found a solution for that one yet I hope I do real soon
