Morning Sickness & Other Symtoms

For the past 2 days I have not been able to hold anything in. It's affecting my work as I have had to call in sick. So, what do you momma's do to fix the all day/all night morning sickness? I don't want to take any pills. My stomach is growling & upset,  I have massive headaches (Tylenol doesn't work) & my back is insanely sore. (The body pillow helps throughout the night, but during the day the pain is present & in full-force again). I get the feeling my HR manager is ticked off & not-so-understanding. Any advice would be great, thanks.

So it turns out it was just the flu! False alarm for the morning sickness;  Thank goodness!  My dr. judged it as the flu bases in my bowl movements. And I do beleive she was correct because 1 week later I feel normal again.  The back pains are still present and slight headache;  not pounding like before. And the nausea is totally gone :)

I'm actually at my Dr's right now just to make sure it's not the flu or something else. Plus I want tips on how to get rid of these crazy lower back pains. I sleep on my left side with a pillow in between my legs, but throughout the day the pain is back in full-force! Feeling head achy too. Wow, don't I complain a lot?! Although...I just found out I gained 6 pounds since the last time I saw my Dr. (6 days ago)...a poind a day- WOAH. Maybe THAT'S why I'm feeling sick?! LOL!

It's easier though that I'm not working. Hang in there girl and hopefully your manager will understand that all women who are pregnant go thru this in the beginning.  My headaches are easing up now the nausea too but i still feel horrible when i wake up.

I was going thru the same thing!  I've had horrible migranes and tylonal never helped so I just don't bother with it but it has made my nausea insanely worse and I'm sick all day long for a week! I'm 7 weeks +2 and have been having bad symptoms since I was 5weeks. I've just delt with it the best I can and got a lot of rest and I drink gatorade which helps the nausea alot and I also drink ensures strawberry flavor which helps me get nutrients when I can't keep anything down.
