help with nausea

I'm 7 weeks and have horrible nausea all day. Any foods or anything that can help it? My doctor told me about Vitamin B6 does it help?

Im still vomitting and im 20 weeks :/ hopefully yours will go away after the first trimester. For me, its usually when im hungry. (Sometimes its random and sneaks up on me though) Water helps. I also just tried ******* Pops and it actually helped. :) good luck :) saltine crackers help too! If you like peanut butter, it makes a good snack too ;)

Ginger helps to settle stomachea usually. Tey ginger ale, and ginger tea. Also try eating little snacks frequently rather than having only 3 big meals during the day. You may find that helps too. Best of luck and just remember that it will pass eventually.

Saltine crackers, sprite, ginger ale, or you can try soaking in a warm bath. The crackers and ginger ale really helped me during my morning sickess. (Which actually lasts all day for me lol) But try any of those and you should start feeling a little better.
