2nd pregnancy and scared

This is my second pregnancy and the only symptoms I have are frequent urination and breast tenderness. Other than that nothing. I miscarried last Oct at about 8 weeks. I had a blighted ovum. Does anyone know what the chances of it happening again. I just tested and have my doctor's appt Wed and am very nervous and scared.

I know it's hard, but try not to worry. Symptoms or lack of....do not tell the viability of the pregnancy. I had a missed miscarriage back in March and didnt have any symptoms with that pregnancy. I am now 12 weeks along in my second pregnancy and have had no symptoms with this one as well. It's all about how your body handles the hormones. If you are really worried about it like I was, request a sonogram. I know they weren't going to do one on me till the 12 week appt, but I asked them to do one at 8 weeks. So far I have had two and both times I saw a heartbeat :) Good luck to you and please keep us updated!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I also had a mc at 8 weeks. We are pregnant again (7 weeks ) and praying every day. perhaps you are one of the lucky ones with no nausea! Try to stay optimistic. That's really all you can do. I know many many women who have gone on to have many healthy babies after a mc. Good luck to you.

Try to relax. I had a miscarriage last year at 6-7 weeks, but a healthy new pregnancy this year. Just because it has happened once, doesn't mean it will again. Your Dr appt should be very reassuring. Be sure to tell your Dr about your anxiety. Mine told me if I got to feeling too anxious between appointments to call the office and they would squeeze me in to check the heartbeat or do a quick ultrasound to ensure everything was fine. It helped a lot just knowing that wad an option. Best of luck to you, and try not to stress too much!
