Freaking...

Ok.. so I am experiencing what I will say are menstrual like cramping and nausea. But no stomach tightening. I would say I have an upset stomach and may need to use the bathroom but this feeling didn't come on until after I used the bathroom. It is a bearable discomfort but it is making me sick to my stomach.

My contractions with my first felt like a side cramp (like when you run) but were over my whole stomach.  If that's what it felt like, you could be having contractions if you are dehydrated. Try drinking a lot of water and laying down to relax.

Ok thanks... I will definitely time them when they return. It's eased up a great deal now.

At 37 weeks u should time the cramping to make sure ur not mistaking them for contractions!

It's bearable.. I just want to know if there is anything I can do to change it. I am laying down now and it subsided a bit at least the menstrual like cramping but the nausea is still around.

If you're worried then go in especially if the discomfort is that bad.
