I woke up with a horrible inner ear pain how can I stop the pain?

Monday I already had an appt with my obgyn you think it can wait that long?

I would go to the er my son busted his ear drum and we didnt know it. If u might have if u dont get treatment you can get hearing loss

Anytime I lay my head to that side it feels like water is pouring out but nothing is coming out I've been keeping a cotton ball in it this morning it was yellow but I figured it was from the ear drops

Sometimes it will bleed a tiny bit, it's mostly clear/yellowish fluid that comes out though. Put a cotton ball in there to block out noise and vibration and try to get some antibiotics soon before it does burst, because that hurts a lot more and will leave scarring on the eardrum.

Im not leaking anything it just feels like someone is holding a Q tip inside my ear it seems like if its busted it'd bleed wouldn't it?

Are you leaking anything from your ear? That's how I always feel and hear when my eardrum bursts, I've had it happen 6 times. I'd go to urgent care if possible and get some antibiotics

I finally found some ear drops from a while back they didn't do much I think they made things worse! Even though it doesn't hurt anytime I talk it sounds like when you hear people talking when you are under water

How far along are you? You can take Tylenol and lay the painful ear on a warm heating pad, if you're past 15 weeks you can use sudafed to relieve some of the pressure. Hopefully this can tide you over until you can get to the doc. I have chronic ear pain and infections, I usually get tubes every december but since I'm pregnant I'll have to wait until next year :( earaches are no fun

I agree, if it's an ear infection it's going to get sooo painful, best to get some medicine to get it taken care of!

I would call your obgyn she might beable to give you special drops or want to see you I hate eye infections there the worse.
