I know that

The first pee in the morning is the best to test for pregnancy, but I'll be three weeks late tomorrow and want to know if my the HCG will be strong enough in the middle of the day when Iget to the doctors office.

I was 3 Weeks late and took a hpt and it came up negative and two Weeks later took another and it said positive! Doctor confirmed next day! So it all depends on your body and your hcg levels :)

I took three tests together. Two HPT's and one test from my doctor. I took one HPT when I was 6 days late, one at night time after I got home from work, and It was positive. One the next day In the mornin'... positive. And took a urine test around 10 days late In the afternoon at the doctor's office and It was positive as well. So, I think you should be fine especially If your 3 weeks late, you should have enough HCG to have an accurate result! Good luck!
