help

So i woke up today feeling normal when i suddenly had to use the restroom but when i got there i couldnt go i couldnt pee or poop (sorry tmi) and i still cant go and in a great deal of pain its unbearable. Ove tried stool sofeners, warm prune juice, coffee, eating foods with fiber and nothing is working! I need help on how i could fix this problem and soon!

Ive resulted to enemas a couple times bcuz I couldnt take it anymore idk if youre willing to try it but it helped me get a good bm out

Sorry about the mulitple posts lol. I had that issue with my first and had to go to the hospital and get a cathader (sp?) bcuz he was blocking my urine from coming out.

No i havent been taking any iron tablets or nausea meds :(

Been having the same issue qith bms but nothing is working for me either. Do you take iron tables? Or nausea meds? I take nausea meds so until I can stop them I probably wont be able to be regular

Have you gone for a walk or tried relaxing in a warm bath? Walking helps get things moving.
