im in the same boat as you, my vagina has been hurting so back sorry tmi as well as my back. my vagina was hurting when I was 18 weeks pregnant and im almost 28 weeks I tripped over my sons toys today and almost fell down some steps so that made me legs stretch and spred so it made it feel like I pulled a muscle down there or something I cant even move or turn over in the bed without having tears in my eyes..
