I always wore regular bras cause I don't like nursing bras,  they weren't supportive n I felt like my nipples showed in tight shirts.  But I didn't do any research on side effects of under wire.  Do ur research I guess n make a decision.  I never had probs with my under wire tho :)

From what all I read you shouldn't wear an under wire Bra bc it can cause your milk ducts to clog because they dip down into your rib cage so I'd avoid those N personally I like nursing bras lol

I got a bunch of nursing bras from walmart for cheap so much easier to work with and have just a couple sexy time bras for date night with the hubs

You can wear any bra but like above said and underwire one probably wouldnt be the best. ITs all about preference and I prefered nursing personally but never tried a regular because none of mine fit.

I wore regular bras or sports bras..  It was not comfortable or the most convenient!

I would avoid bras with underwire because you can get mastitis. And nursing bras are so much easier lol
