I'm 7 weeks pregnant as of today. I'm a first time mum. I have having a hard time eating. I feel like I'm not hungry as always. Is this normal on this stage? Please help.

Tummy pain might just be cuz your uterus is literally turning upside down right now. If it persists all day, go get an ultrasound at a clinic to make sure everything is well (:
