Tell your doctor. I had horrible heart burn all through out my pregnancy like bad bad. Nothing worked for me. So my doctor gave me pills and they work wonders let me tell you. I love em.

Cold wash cloth on your chest and throat! I put an ice pack ontop of my wash cloth

Nothin will make it go away I sware this baby is going to come out with hair down to his shoulders
