is it bad.?
Im 21 weeks & i take my prenatals at night because they sorta make me feel sick . But is it bad that the nights im not feeling so good i dont take them because i feel like theyl make me throw up. I try to take them almost every night, but some times i skip.... i tried gummies & flinstone they all taste horrible to me. So i just stick with my original prenantals that my OB perscribed me.
I buy the gummies coated in sugar. I have horrible sickness. Your baby is just fine without them. They do help though.
