High fiber like what? This is my 5th kid an this pregnancy is so different.. this Lil Guy is wearing momma out from the gate!!
do you have any fruit? that really helps me. anything from peaches to grapes. even bananas. especially oranges.
What kind tho! I had Mc in March so I'm really not trying to take meds with this one but my stomach is killing me.on full!
Laxatives aren't safe during pregnancy I think?? Don't immediately go to that. Drink more water and eat food high in fiber.
