Bananas won't help. Eating too many of them actually causes constipation.
Apple's will help. Apple juice. Leafy greens.

Honestly try grease like KFC. I got so constipated I couldn't even keep food down I was drinking all the prune juice and water with benefiber, I ate prunes when I could eat and taking laxatives every night yet nothing. Then one day I had a few bites of KFC chicken and in just a few minutes it all came out.

I have had extreme constipation the past few weeks. I had a doctor appointment yesterday and told her about it and she told me Miralax RIGHT AWAY. It's bad news if you get too backed up. It causes rectal tearing and allows bacteria to possibly get to the baby. Get it as soon as possible to clear you out!

Bananas. They should help soften your stool.
I know oranges loosen your stool if you eat too many but idk if it can be used for constipation.
Always drink water throughout the day. Keep water by your bed so you'll have it ready in the morning. We get dehydrated faster while we're pregnant.
