Mine was so bad meds wouldnt even help. I was given to okay by my obgyn to smoke a minimal amount of marijuana when I couldnt keep food down. It was the only thing that helped me.
I'm 9weeks and morning sickness has gotten lighter for me but during weeks 5-7 I was literally stuck next to the toilet puking my head off :( my Dr gave me a list of things that can help , staying hydrated . so Gatorade & water and he also recommended brothy soups . Nothing with noodles in it tho!
I know exactly how you feel, I was like that the first trimester and half of the second one, went twice to the er for fluids. The thing that has helped me with nausea was Zofran (ondansetron) you can take as many as 4 pills a day and it's safe for the baby. You do need prescription for it though. It will get better after 13 weeks, just hang in there, think about the baby and try to hidrate yourself, gatorade is good, try the lemon one. Good luck!
I just started having morning sickness and I heard ginger ale Will help
