I threw up extremely bad most of my day, if I ate or drank anything .I was told by the Dr to try things with lemon. Lemon candy lemonade ect also if the smell of food is bothering u try the already cooked rotisserie chicken for like Frys cut it up into some baggies and r we refrigerat them the smell of the food isn't as harsh this was if u can't keep fluids down make u r gatorade or water whatever ur drinking into ice cubes and suck on them ..peppermint also helped me crackers eating smaller potions threw out the day.. I'm now 19 weeks and was sick to c the, point where I couldn't even do anything now I'm at least able to hold, down most of my food an just throw up on occasion lol good luck ladies
Crackers are really good for nausea
Oh ya same here, I loved them! And pickles but idk if those will help
Popsicles. I lived off of them in my first trimester
Snacking on a small portion of crackers helped my vomiting go down
