help!

37 weeks 2 days pregnant. I woke up this morning around 2 with contractions. I went to L&D and my contractions were 2 to 4 minutes apart lasting about 40 secs each. They sent me home after an hour BC I was not dilating. Any way to get this baby to come! I'm tired of the contractions!!

I went into the hospital two nights ago with contractions exactly 3 minutes apart. It was so bad they took my breath away. They checked me at the hospital, no dilation but was 80% effaced which was progress from 30%. They ended up sending me home because I wasn't dilated. But I've been having consists t contractions that are getting worse and worse ever since.

You need to walk a lot girl! Its raining too hard today so I'm just bouncing away on my birth ball lol I'm 38 weeks no sign of labor at all haven't had one contraction
