I have an impacted wisdom tooth that hurts like a itch now Nd then I couldn't get it removed because they weren't sure of the risks to my baby so I'm waiting till after my last appt they didn't take x-rays either they told me it wasn't something that was urgently needed

Let them know you're pregnant because I had and still have a really bad wisdom tooth coming out but my doctor told me not to get it extracted until after the baby because the medicine they give you can harm the baby.

Most dentist will make you wait until you are in your second trimester because its safer you might want to let them know you are pregnant and ask them if its safe to go thru the extraction

Let them know you are pregnant and they will adjust your drugs accordingly. They will also give you a shield to place over your belly for the x-rays to ensure the safety of your baby. Just make sure to let them know!
