Do NOT try to gain weight the weight will come on its own. The only time you should be worried is if your doctor is concerned about you gaining. Trust me. You will regret actually trying to put the pounds on because it wasn't what was naturally supposed to come on amd take longer to lose
I lost 5 pounds once I hit my second trimester an my doctor said it's fine. If you continue to lose weight I would consult your doctor about it
I lost 15 lbs and haven't gained anything yet. Just eat small meals 4-6 times a day and drink plenty of water your weight will start getting better. I am starting to get better now after my nausea went away two days ago. I am hoping it won't come back! Lol I am 15 weeks and 2 days.
Weight loss is normal in the first trimester. You can drink ensure shakes, however I'd stay away from whey or casein protein powder until you ask your Dr.
