Just remember that each month has about to 4 weeks so you can divide 20 buy 4 and that's 5 :) so when your 24 weeks you'll be 6 months :)
5 months i did my own chart, just do it like this
a month has 4 weeks so 4 is 1 month 8 weeks is 2month 12 is 3months so on.... it dont matter is some months are shorter than others at least u have an idea on which month u r in. I hope tht helped

There's a chart if you google weeks to months pregnancy conversion. I just looked it up today to see how far I am lol
