Okay just a little curious? Have you ever heard of donating breast milk? And if so are you thinking of donating?
Eats on Feets and Human Milk for Human Babies are the two biggest organizations that accept and distribute donor milk or connect donors with recipients. Milk donation is an incredible thing to do for babies whose moms cannot nurse on their own or who cannot produce enough (especially in the case of multiples). Of course there are restrictions - it wouldn't be safe to accept milk without careful screening especially since so much of that milk goes to preemies.
I heard they have a lot of restrictions though. Don't get me wrong I think that's an excellent idea. But not just anyone can donate
Yes heard of it. If you have extra milk there is no reason why not. They feed it to the neonatal baby's which mothers don't have milk as they have given birth to early. Great idea. Saves lives
