poop problems

I'm 21 week's pregnant and haven't been able to poop and can't bbyt when I try its just blood

See I havnt been able to go in about a week and I've been having this problem this whole time and normally it's like I'm having a period out the back end an it'll be even in the stool like all threw and it looks like it's all a blood **** no stool and that's when I am able to go I've tried lots of water and fiber but since I had my last baby who is now 9 months old I havnt been able to go right an my doctor tells me more water and doesn't take me serious

Get hemorrhoid cream from your doctor, hemorrhoids are common in pregnancy, also, if the blood in the poop is wrapped around it, I would wait until tomorrow to go to the doctor but if the blood ismixed in with the poop, then go to ER. Hope you feel better soon hun. Eat lots of fiber like All-Bran cereal, drink prune juice and mango juice.
