Im 18w4d and I've been having bad cramps sat times. I put up a forum about an hour ago. This is my first pregnancy so I don't know what contractions feel like. But sometimes when I stand and walk I feel so much what feels like pressure and it's not comfortable at all. Last night I had really bad pains in my vaginal and pelvic area.

I am so glad to be able to say that my cramps and feelings of being uncomfortable have ceased. Now my only thing is when I laugh too hard or cough hard I pee myself a lil bit lol
