I can't stop crying , and I dont even know why I'm crying , 10 min ago I was mad and now I'm crying and I have no reason to cry , is this hurting my baby ?
I was the exact same way. But I always thought about my daughter & I didn't wanna be selfish about my own feelings. So I sucked it up...

Although it is normal to have these kinds of emotions, your baby can feel what you're feeling. It can cause stress on your baby. Just try to relax. Listen to music, read a book.. talk to someone.
