nipple problems

I'm 19 weeks 2 days this is my first pregnancy. Today I noticed my nipples were leaking some liquid and I has pimple like things on my nipple, I squeezed it and it was white puss like stuff that came out then like oil... What is this? Should I squeeze it out?

I leak once in a while and it started at 14 weeks! I'm 37+1 now

It can actually happen that early everyone is DIFFERENT not everybody is the same I'm 20wks & already get that premilk thing lol so its normal some ppl don't even get it till there almost due everyone's pregnancy is different

It can actually happen at any time in your pregnancy some women get it before others, but yeah just leave it alone, it's normal, if they leak a lot just put breast pads on your braw, I believe they sell them at walgreens

That's why I was asking because I'm not even 5 months yet but I definitely won't be touching them anymore thanks

I've had those little bumps since I was like 16, and I've squeezed them before. You shouldn't do it. They can get infected and irritated, and infections when you're pregnant, especially on your nipples (especially especially if you're planning on breast feeding) is no good. Please leave them alone. Offer talk to your doctor about it.
But they're not weird things. Your body and boobs are changing. Embrace it. :)

Um. It's not clogged. Don't squeeze it. If it starts to hurt just get in a warm shower and let the shower run on your boobs. The little dots on your nipple are milk ducts. Don't squeeze them anymore.

Thanks well mine just iched after I squeezed it out but I asked a friend and she said to squeeze it cuz it could be clogged but not to long so I Dont stimulate my uterus I just Dont know what to do

i had that this morning.. well just like the pus type of thing.. it wasnt pus though i tried to squeeze it but i got scared n it hurt a little so i just put some cream and it felt a lot better(:

It's just Colostrum.  It's normal. It's like your pre milk kinda.
